Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Experience in process optimization, data analysis, and project managemen
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with teams andstakeholders
Ability to lead change and drive a culture of continuous improvement with in the organization
Certifications in relevant quality or process improvement methodologies are a plus,
